Ethane-Rich Gas Processing and LNG Production Complex is a joint project of Gazprom PJSC and RusGazDobycha JSC aimed at the practical incorporation of a hydrocarbon monetization new economic model. Project Operator is RusChemAlliance LLC, which is the special-purpose entity.
The Project is comprised of the Gas Processing Plant, Gas Chemical Complex and Transportation Infrastructure, including Logistics Complex within the Product Storage Area, Product Pipeline Interconnecting Piperack and LNG/LPG Integrated Marine Shipment Terminal. Ethane and LNG Production combined into a single site vastly moves the economy and project specific indicators forward, allows to significantly reduce the resource and price risks.
Feed Gas for the Company will be Ethane-Rich Gas produced by Gazprom PJSC from the Achimov and Valanzhin deposits of the Nadym-Pur-Taz region.
Sales products of the complex will be Sales Gas (С1), LNG (С1), LPG (С3-С4), Ethane (С2) and Pentane-Hexane Fraction (С5+).
The Complex is being built in Ust-Luga area (Leningrad Region, Russia). The Complex area is about 1400 hectares. Over 40000 specialists will be engaged during the Complex construction peak. It is planned to create over 5000 permanent work places during the operation period.
Processing:
≈ 42 BCMA of gas.
Production:
≈ 19 BCMA of sales gas (С1);
≈ 13 MTPA of LNG (С1), up to 3,6 MTPA of Ethane (С2);
≈ 1.7 MTPA of LPG (C3-C4);
≈ 0.1 MTPA of PHF (C5+).
